Amazing Domestic Seafood Recipe

Each person differs in terms of taste and has own favorite food. Just like me, I’ve been craving this Tilapia with cucumber for a long time. This is my amazing seafood recipe:

Tilapia with cucumber

In medium bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Stir in salad ingredients to coat. On plate, mix flour and seasoning. On second plate, place bread crumbs. In bowl, beat egg with fork. Then, coat fish with flour mixture. Dip into egg; coat well with bread crumbs. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of the oil over medium-high heat. Add 2 fish fillets; cook 3 minutes. Carefully turn fish over. Reduce heat to medium; cook about 3 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork. Repeat with remaining oil and fish. Serve fish topped with salad.

This kind of dish is very good especially when fish is fresh.

Here comes one of America’s most prestigious culinary competitions, one chef and one state will walk away with the title of King of American Seafood Cook off. So c’mon share it! Tell us about your favorite domestic seafood recipe. This contest encouraging the “ positiveness of domestic seafood sustainability”.

Hi jean, I love to eat fish even if it takes everyday. Though I couldn't find fresh fish here unlike in PI, but I still have some tilapia though frozen nga lang. Anyway, I will try that recipe soon because I have lots of cucumber from my garden too. And health wise? That food is definitely yummy and healthy
