Filipino Rice Sticks Noodles with Chow Mein (Bam- i)

Last couple days were my days off. I spent my day cooking my husbands’ favorite dish called “bam-I”, a Filipino term for the mixture of rice sticks and chow mien noodles. I am so glad that at last he loves my food. That encourages me to cook more delicacies knowing that he will try and love Filipino dish.

How to prepare? It is simple! In preparation, soak the rice sticks noodles for about 30 minutes or more. In a frying pan sauté the minced garlic and green onions. Add the vegetables and salt to taste. Add the noodles. Ready to serve!
