A life of a Witness

To be a witness is not really easy. Your life could be in danger all the time. You can’t even sleep well at night. You may always think your own safety. And the worst part is you can't see your love ones very often especially if you are in witness protection program. Your whole family life could be at risk too. I’ve been watching the trailer of USA Network's new original series In Plain Sight, this is an all-new crime drama from USA Network starring Mary McCormack as Mary Shannon, a U.S. Marshal attached to the highly secretive Federal Witness Protection Program (WITSEC). While Mary loves her job, she knows better than anyone that it's not easy leading a double life—especially since getting shot at on a regular basis is all in a day's work. Even with all the risk and stress inherent in Mary's job, she sometimes finds it easier to be working than dealing with her personal life, which is already complicated by the fact that her family and friends can't know the true nature of her work for the safety of everyone involved.

This is very interesting movie and I can’t wait to watch this series premiere on June 1st.

Celebrating the Memorial Day

First, you may think about what Memorial Day is and why we celebrate Memorial Day? Well the significance of Memorial Day is to show honors to our perished men and women who have died during military service. And as a respect to our dead heroes, the whole state is celebrating a holiday. As American tradition most of the families are gathered together to have a barbeque. A lot of employees are not working because it’s a paid holiday as well. Anyways, in the Philippines the other term for Memorial Day is National Heroes Day. In which same celebration for those heroes who passed away conquering for the bondage of freedom. Thanks to our great heroes with their remarkable memories. Enjoy your holiday folks!

American Idol 2008: Congratulations David Cook!

My entire family was almost brought down the house with all of the screaming when Ryan said David…Cook! We were so disgusted with the judges (especially Simon) the night before because we felt they were biased to DA. Thank goodness America was a better judge! Congrats David Cook!!!
After a long run of their struggles and battle of their voices, one man finally won the crowned and overall most of the America’s votes, with a record breaking of 97 millions for this season.

David Cook won 12 million votes and I had contributed five votes on it. And David Archuleta still wins our hearts with his genuine smile from his heart. I will miss American Idol season 7 forever because there’s no more excuse for me to go home early from work. Peace…

American Idol: May the Best Man Wins.

Today is Tuesday. And the weather outside dropped down from 105F to 60F that means chilly outside meanwhile the American Idol show is getting hot. Well tonight the two finalists sang their best songs ever. They had three rounds in order to win the night. David Cook started rocking the stage with his brilliant booming voice while David Archuleta was capturing the audience’s hearts and gave ghost bumps to the judges. Basically, they both won the night for me. But the judges said there will be one American Idol, and they said David Archuleta wins the night. I felt bad for David C. because he was in tears tonight and he seems very sad. Don’t worry David C. I called five times and that was my vote for you! Well… well… well! Let’s wait the final result tomorrow at 9P.M Pacific Time.

My Part time Job

Blogging is my part time job. I started this job three months ago and I really enjoy it so far, since through blogging I can express my thoughts or anything that comes up in my mind freely. Despite I am busy with my primary job but my little leftover time worth for my blog. And I am very thankful that my husband doesn’t care about my blogging career. Yet he is very supportive for this and enjoys seeing me as long as I am happy. Well I’d explained it to him clearly that I was having fun while earning money. This is very awesome job online and I'm lovin' it!

Truly Harrowing is now playing!

Horror movie is one of my best shows. I love to watch it as I jumped because it was scary. Every time we went to the store my husband usually pick a movie, and I always choose horror movie. And this latest movie called Frontier(s) is very interesting for me. When I watched the movie trailer, it was very intriguing and I can’t wait to watch the whole scene of the movie. It was played in select theater listings since May 9th. This movie was originally released on DVD last May 13, 2008. And now I am going to ask my husband to get one online since it’s been available on DVD which is extremely unrated and uncut horror movie! And here’s the overview of the Frontier(s):
Alone in a Paris plagued by deadly race riots, the young and beautiful Yasmine (Karina Testa) is looking for a way out. In her desperation, she turns to her shady ex-boyfriend. Together with his two thug friends, they pull off a bold heist and head for the border. With the police close behind, they hide out in a seemingly peaceful inn. But the mysterious innkeeper is hiding a secret more terrifying than anything they could ever imagine. Trapped in an endless maze of tunnels crawling with hungry subhuman cannibals, they must fight to survive their bloody initiation into the innkeeper's evil family cult.

Let's enjoy watching and jumping with this horror movie!

American Idol Update

Today is Tuesday and tonight the top three was having a battle of their voice. Three of them did pretty good job. But of course only one will be crown as “American Idol”! Based on tonight show, Simon said that David Cook wins the night. Woo! Anyways he’s my bet to be an American Idol this year. Well, he got the voice and the look for being a star. And he always rocks like a star. And the second place will be for David Orchuleta, he got a competitive voice too and of course superstar looks. And I like Syesha Mercado, she got a brilliant voice and she got the beauty too. Sometimes I contemplate about them and if I were to judge, all three of them will stay on the stage forever! Well see you again tomorrow for the next American Idol more update.

How about you who is your bet? Who will be an American Idol 2008?
