String Beans

When I was in the Philippines, I was mostly vegetarian. I always have vegetables in every meal. Stir fry is the best recipe. I used to cook string beans with eggs. Just slice or chop the string beans into tiny pieces then beat the desired amount of eggs then sauté it. It is so delicious and I missed it. That’s why I started growing string bean last month.

I can’t wait to see and harvest my string beans. Right now, the string beans that I’d planted are so healthy and they climb up high and tall. It will be less than two weeks and I can have more string beans on the table to eat.

Hanging Plants

There are too many ways on spending your time this summer. Remember having summer in this cold country can only be happened once in every year. Just like having a birthday. But the difference is summer is purely hot and toasty. So I’d rather enjoy and spent my whole summer by planting on my garden. But since I don’t have enough space on the ground especially with my 30 footer string beans is just everywhere so I found a way to plant more using a string. The hanging plants are good enough.

Hanging plant is the plant in a pot and hanging on the air with a string. This is the smart way in planting when you don’t have enough space on the ground. So c’mon, let’s plant more!

The Origin of Banana chips

I realized that some American who loves banana chips didn’t have a chance to see a real banana plant. Here’s a picture that shows the origin of banana chips, for where it comes from "Banana Tree".

Well, back of my days in Philippines I used to ask my mom in the province that I was coming home from the city and I missed banana with salted fish (bagoong). And she hurriedly cooked it for me! I really love boiled banana too.
Anyways, banana chips are an all natural product prepared from the sound fruit of the Saba variety. The bananas are picked in their mature green stage, peeled, washed, sliced and then fried in fresh refined coconut oil.
The country of origin is Philippines, the supply of banana’s is all year round.
And America is one of the importing country for banana.
